CLASSES, COURSES, WORKSHOPS & EVENTS

To comply with fire regulations everyone is required to check-in to each class

attended. If you are a new client please be prepared to complete a new client form

on your first visit.

The Yoga Extension reserves the right to refuse admission to the studio.

Bookings are made subject to The Yoga Extension’s right to alter the schedule or

teaching staff as a result of circumstances beyond our control.

PAYMENT POLICY

We use BrightCore as our booking platform and payments are taken via Stripe

Your place in a yoga class is only guaranteed once payment has been received.

CLASS PASSES

Single or 6 Class Passes may be used for your Iyengar regular classes. They may

not be used on workshops, events or courses.

Passes are valid for 60 days from PURCHASE… Classes not used by the end

date are non-refundable.

CANCELLATIONS

No refunds will be issued unless The Yoga Extension cancels a class within 24

hours of the start time.

If a class, workshop, course or event has to be interrupted or abandoned, no

money will be refunded if more than half of it has taken place. Some exceptions

may be allowed solely at the discretion of The Yoga Extension.

Bookings for any class or workshop must be cancelled with at least 12 hours

notice. You will then be able to use that pass for another class.If you cancel after the 12 hour notice, you will be liable to pay for the class or

workshop in full.

HEALTH

Yoga classes are not suitable for students with certain medical conditions. If you

have a condition, please consult your doctor prior to booking classes. Please

inform the Yoga Extension and your teacher before starting classes if you are

suffering from any injuries, medical conditions or are taking any medication.

Specific conditions include:

High blood pressure

Heart disease or any heart problem

Epilepsy including Petit Mal

Cancer or benign tumours

Diabetes

Ménière’s disease

Detached retina

MS (multiple sclerosis)

ME (Myalgic Encephalomyelitis)

If you have recently had an operation

If you are pregnant or are undergoing IVF treatment

We advise that if you are feeling any pain or illness during any class that you stop

and rest.

SECURITY

While we take every reasonable precaution The Yoga Extension will not be held

responsible for your personal belongings while on the premises.
