One To One

Love to give yoga a go but nervous about that first big class? Been practising a while and ready to go deeper? Whether you’re a complete beginner or accomplished yogi, a one-to-one class could be the answer. Learn the basics, refine your yoga postures, ensure correct alignment, strengthen specific areas of body or calm the mind. We can also work with you to tailor make a home-practice sequence to suit your body and lifestyle.

Class Levels

For all new students or those with less than two years experience of Iyengar Yoga. Basic yoga poses (asanas) are taught to develop strength, stamina and flexibility. Suitable for any age group.

Not for complete beginners, this yoga class is designed for anyone who’s been practising the Iyengar method for at least a year.

For students who have been coming to Iyengar yoga classes regularly for at least two years. Work is more intensive than at Beginner’s level and you will be introduced to a wider variety of asanas, and basic pranayama.

For students with at least four years training in Iyengar yoga, who can maintain a stable Sirsasana and Sarvangasana for at least five minutes. Work will be more demanding than at General level and asanas are studied in more detail.
